Release update 137

Enhancements
Release update 137 introduces the following new features and usability enhancements:
- Workflow:
- Inform user at time of commit if item is already under review. When inventory controller is about to commit an item that may cancel other user's reviews so that inventory controller can choose to exclude those items or not.
- A reminder badge for approvers: add a badge on the workflow menu displaying the count of workflows that are waiting on the logged in user to review. This can help approvers to know when they have workflows that need approving.
- Indication that other users have an item under review.
- Add filter is available on the Requester grid.
- Analytics: Duplicate Items Report is ready.
- Filter Expression:
- Change WAS filter to include original records.
- Administration: Translation: Converted the existing translation editor to the new look & feel, and added filter capability.
- Manage Duplicates: New icon for duplicate state. Updated “Duplicate” state icon with new look.
- Stock History Relocation: Table name that appears for source items in issues and receipts is changed to indicate the merged items.
Fixes to known problems
- Release 137 includes general fixes and quality improvements.
