Deleting the rules

You can delete the rule.

Note: You can only delete rules if there are no items in the workflow associated with that rule.

About this task

Complete the procedure to delete the rule.

Procedure

  1. In the Administration application, under Workflow settings (Workflow settings icon), select Rules.
  2. On the Rules grid, select or hover over the rule you want to delete.
  3. Click the icon in the right corner and click Delete to delete the rule.
