Workflow summary report
The workflow summary report is located under the User-Performance category. It provides a list of people who are involved in a workflow, and must be contacted for item approval before the items fall out of workflow. The report provides data only for users of the Workflow module.
Accessing the workflow summary report
- Click the Analytics module.
- Scroll down the list of reports until you find the Workflow summary report.
- Click Workflow summary to open and view the report.
Viewing the report
- The pending workflows are displayed on the main screen. The percentage of all workflows is categorized into pending, accepted, rejected, and cancelled. Percentages are displayed above the table.
- You can select and filter which category to view by using the checkboxes on the navigation window. You can view a list of completed reports that are cancelled, or completed. Cancelled workflows can be filtered further based on the reason for which they were canceled. You can select and filter the status of workflows to view by using the checkboxes on the filtering window. Other filters are available below to further refine the results.
- After filters are selected, the results are shown on the main page. All filter except Workflow Status affects the percentages that are displayed above the table. When the mouse hovers over an accepted or pending review, some details about the item will be shown below the main table including the current and requested reorder point/minimum and reorder quantity/maximum.
- You can click Reset or Refresg to reset the reports view. Reports can also be downloaded in PDF format.
