The Work queues report is a visual representation of information that is related to current and historical workqueue items.

Current and historical work queue data.

How to interpret each chart

Work queues dashboard

The dashboard provides the user with a list of work queues. Each work queue is represented as a bar showing the percentage of completed and outstanding work queue items. The work queues are listed in order of priority.

The user can do the following to customize the dashboard:
  • Filter the report to view reviews for this month only. You will see work queues where the last review date is after the last data refresh.
  • Filter the report to select groups or sets.
  • Compare current month reviews with previous month reviews by setting Show last month as true.

Work queue history

The user is able to access data for each work queue, for every month of the last year. All work queues are displayed by default and individual work queues can be selected from the list. Hover over points on the chart to see details such as:
  • Percentage completion.
  • Number of outstanding items.
  • Number of reviewed items.
Note: Use the filter to select sets or groups and choose the date range.

The work queue table displays work queue history in a table format.
