The system usage history report allows a user to review the time that is spent in the system and the associated inventory savings.

System usage history report

Three charts are made available to the user in the system usage history report.
Time spent by user (minutes)
The time that is spent by user chart allows the user to review the time that is spent in MIO for a selected user and year. The chart provides a trend over the year to monitor usage.
Exported inventory savings
Allows a user to review the inventory savings achieved vs the time that is spent in the system for a selected user and year. The chart provides a trend over the year to monitor usage and can be split by OOB or Not OOB.
Time spent by week (minutes)
Allows a user to review the time that is spent in the system for a selected user and year. The user can review trends of most productive days or weeks of any given month and view a break down of the workflow in the system for a selected user and year.

Using the system usage history report

  • Select a month in Time speny by user to view the month in all other charts.
  • Select a day or week in Time spent by week to see details for your selection.
