The surplus analysis report contains 2 charts.
Expected surplus caused by change in Max
This expected surplus chart lists the items by surplus amount, where the max value has changed from last month to this month.
Potential surplus caused by over order
This potential surplus chart lists the items by surplus amount for the current month, where the stock on hand and the quantity on order is greater than the current Max. Where the quantity on order is greater than zero, item detail lists contain the following details:
  • Control segment
  • Stock on hand
  • Quantity on order
  • Last month max
  • Current month max
