Spend projection bridge report

Data required

This report requires at least two months of inventory data.

Accessing the spend projection bridge report

1. Click the Analytics module.
2. Scroll through the list of reports and then click Spend Projection Bridge to open and view the report.

Interpreting each chart in the report

Spend projection bridge

This waterfall-style chart shows a summed value for each of the categories.

The various filters can be used to filter the items that are included in the chart.

The categories are represented on the x-axis, and one bar is shown for each category. The y-axis represents the category values, which are converted to corporate currency.

For the opening value, the bar represents the positive value starting from 0 on the y-axis.

For other categories, if the value is positive, the direction of the bar is upwards starting from the position of the top of the previous bar, and if the value is negative, the direction of the bar is downwards starting from the position of the top of the previous bar. The color of the bar indicates if the value is positive (increase) or negative (decrease).

The Grand Total bar value is the sum of all previous bars.

The value of the bar in millions is displayed above each bar.

Category definitions

Categories are exclusively assigned to items in the following order:
