Returns overview
The returns overview report allows users to review the returns value by site, control segment, work orders and items (materials) for the past 12 months. Users can also compare returned vs issued values by month for the last 12 months.

Returns overview report
The returns overview report consists of five charts.
- Returns by site
- The return by site chart assists users in identifying which sites are processing the highest returns by value.
- Returns by control segment
- The return by control segment chart assists users in identifying the control segments that have the highest returns by value.
- Top 20 work orders by return value
- The top 20 work orders chart helps users determine the work orders that have the highest returns by value.
- Top 20 items by return value
- The top 20 items chart helps users determine the stock items that have the highest returns by value.
- Issues vs returns
- The issues vs returns chart helps users compare issues to returns per month to highlight where returns are greater than issues.
