The item results report
The item results report provides users with stock value charts that display the number of items,
inventory value, and average stock value reduction. The average stock value reduction chart contains
six elements.
- Decrease
- A decrease occurs where the recommended average stock value is less than the current average stock value.
- Increase
- An increase occurs where the recommended average stock value is greater than the current average stock value.
- Unchanged
- When the recommended average stock value is equal to the current average stock value.
- No data
- If an item does not fall into the categories of either decrease, increase or unchanged. Usually, this is the result of an unpopulated recommended average stock value field or current average stock value field.
- Costs
- Shows difference in costs for PO costs, holding costs, stock out costs, and total costs.
- Service level
- The service level element shows users the current service level percentage for each criticality code for the current month that is represented as BAR. This allows users to focus on items where the service level is below the recommendation.
