Creating Auto-generated conditions

Auto-generated conditions are the automatically created conditions based on field values.

About this task

Complete the procedure to create Auto-generated condition.

Procedure

  1. In the Administration application, under Workflow settings (Workflow settings icon), select Condition library.
  2. On the Condition library page, under Auto-generated condition grid, click Generate button.
  3. On the Auto-generator window, Enter a unique name for the condition in Group name field.
  4. In the Field 1 combo box, enter the field name or click the icon to select one from the field list.
  5. Use icon to add an additional field row if needed. Maximum of two fields per condition.
  6. Use the icon to remove the combo box rows.
  7. Monitor the inline notification at the bottom of Auto-generator window. The system calculates the number of possible combinations based on selected fields.
    Notification types
    1. Info: If combinations are less than 200.
    2. Warning: If combinations are between 200 and 499.
    3. Error: If combinations exceed 500, and the Generate button is disabled.
    Note: The Generate button remains disabled until all inputs are correctly filled and a valid number of combinations is calculated.
  8. Click the Generate button. The Auto-generated condition is created.
