You can revert modified or recalculated draft items to their original or most recently saved state.
About this task
Draft items with unsaved changes can be reverted to their original state. If modified draft items were saved previously, reverting them restores them to their most recent saved state.
You can revert draft item records in the Draft Item Grid view, the Draft Item Form view, or by clicking the status icon.
Procedure

From the navigation menu, click .

Select the records to revert:
- To revert all modified or recalculated records, do not select any records and do not apply any filters.
- To revert specific records, select the checkboxes next to the records you want to revert.
- To revert a filtered set of records, apply a filter to display only the records you want to revert.
- To revert a single record by clicking its status icon, click the modified or recalculated icon of the draft item record.
Note: Selecting the checkbox in the column header selects only the records on the current page.

Click Revert.
The Revert confirmation window opens and displays the number of draft item records that will be reverted.

Click Yes.
The selected draft item records are reverted and enter an unmodified state.
Results
The draft items are restored to their original or most recently saved state.
What to do next
You can also revert draft items from the Draft Item Form view:
- Open a modified draft item in the Form view.
- Click Revert.
- In the Revert confirmation window, click Yes.
