Identifying where inventory items are used
The Where Used function creates a list of all equipment records that are either linked to or associated with items that have been tagged in the Grid View.
To use the function, tag one or more inventory items and then click Where Used from the actions drop-down menu.
Where Used Window
The Where Used window displays all equipment records associated with or used together with any or several of the tagged items. Additional details such as Stock Code, Equipment Number, Business Impact and Issue Count, among others, are displayed for each item.
Note: All item records listed in the Where Used window are read-only. Click Cancel to
return to the Item Grid View page.
