New features and enhancements

Release update 109 introduces the following new features and usability enhancements:

  • Default Form View for Work Queues, and Draft Items
  • You can now create a default Form View for Work Queues and Draft Items that's visible for all users, for more information see Default Form Views.
  • New Trend Documentation
    • The New trend forecast mode is now documented on Knowledge Centre, for more information see New Trend Forecast Mode.
  • Attachments in Form View for Item Details widget
  • The item details widget will now always show any attachments, if there's any available.
  • New Analytics Report
  • There is now a new report called "User Sessions" where you can view the total number of sessions per user.
  • Grid Notes
  • You can view workflow notes and item notes on the Item Grids, Work Queue grid, and Workflow Grid.

Fixes to known problems

  • Release 109 includes general fixes and quality improvements.
