Viewing and loading saved public filters

You can view and load saved public filters.

Note:
  • Click the dropdown icon icon to see the Most used filters . Most used filters lists the top three most used public or private filters.
  • The parameters of the chosen filter are displayed in the Filter Name field and are applied to the items in the Grid View.

Procedure

  1. Click the dropdown icon icon.
  2. Click Load a Saved Filter to see and search all the saved private and public filters.
  3. In the Load saved filters window, select the Created by me checkbox for the filters that you created.
  4. Select a filter and click Load to display the saved public filter.
