Export history management
Export history is a feature that makes it simple for users to view and manage data from the export batches that are created during the export process.
Batch records
Batch contents are item records that are approved for export out of the system. The batch can have multiple export profiles. When you select Export history, all batch records are displayed. Permission is needed to view all exports from all users.
Export batches
Export batches have the following status types:
- Pending
- The batch content is created and ready for export but is not yet exported.
- Exported
- The batch content is exported out of the system and is ready to be imported into the ERP.
- Downloaded
- The API downloaded the batch content successfully.
You can do the following actions on the export batch records.
- Check the export batch
Statusvalue. The value can be any of the 3 statuses that are outlined in Export batches. - View the contents of the export batch.
- Export batches.
- Batches can be filtered according to the following criteria.
- Export batch status
- Date and time range when the records were exported.
- Export profiles.
- Users who exported the batch records.
Note: Permission is necessary to view exported batch records by all users and to reexport batches.
