Manage my recipients

Users can use the Manage My Recipients feature to bypass the global default recipient settings. With Manage My Recipients, users can define their own default recipients for each rule-role combination.

What is Manage my recipients?

In the Manage My Recipients window, users can define a search criteria. The search criteria can include any combination of roles, rules, and users. A user can then add the recipients and reset to the global default recipients. A user can also Manage my recipients to reset their customized recipient list to the global default recipient list for any rule-role combination.

What are default recipients?

Default recipients are the individuals who receive approval requests to ensure that changes are properly reviewed before items are saved or saved and exported. You can specify default recipients using the Manage My Recipients feature.
