You retrieve planned tasks to apply work plans, create tasks, and plan labor and
materials. You can retrieve an operator task by using different procedures, based on the application
in which the operator task was created.
About this task
Operator tasks that are created in the Work Order Tracking
application appear in the Operator Tasks application as tasks. Operator
tasks that are created in the Incidents and Investigations applications
appear as activities.
Procedure
- In the Operator Tasks application, display the record that
you want to update.
- Display the planned tasks for the record:
