Condition for Work application
You use the Condition for Work application to identify the condition or state an asset must be in for someone to work on it. The state can be as simple as running, stopped, or isolated. Or it can be more complicated, such as being part of a group of plant assets that must be shut down for preventive maintenance.
In the Condition for Work application, you can do the following activities:
- Identify work that can be done when an asset is in a particular operational status.
- If the status of an asset changes, identify work that can be done on a reactive basis.
- Associate active condition-for-work records with job plans, service request, work orders, and permit to work records.
