Work Orders module

You use the applications in the Work Orders module to track past and present work and to plan future work.

Work Order Tracking application
You can create and manage work orders for assets and locations. You can also review and update work orders that were created in the Action Tracking application and in the Quick Reporting application.
Action Tracking application
Actions are agreements between organizations or different parties within an organization. With the Action Tracking application, you can maintain action records and report the status of the work that is done.
Quick Reporting application
You use the Quick Reporting application to create work orders that do not require planning.
Service Requests application
You can create, maintain, and resolve service requests from customers and requesters. You can also review and record failure information for assets and locations on a service request record.
