You use the applications in the Purchasing module to manage all aspects of the purchasing process.

Purchase Requisitions application
You use the Purchase Requisitions application to create purchase requisitions for items, for supplies, or for services. You can also use this application to create purchase orders from purchase requisitions.
Purchase Orders application
You use the Purchase Orders application to create purchase orders and to change existing purchase orders. You can create purchase orders and reuse the data and vendor information while you apply consistent terms and contracts.
