Consequences overview

A consequence record contains the consequence of a hazard and a severity of the consequence (for example, Minor or Critical). It also contains one or more likelihoods (for example, Rare or Probable) that a consequence of that severity occurs. A risk ranking and risk priority are assigned to each combination of consequence, severity, and likelihood.
