Incident management for emissions and regulatory compliance
- In the Incidents application, search incident records by incident event type, event category, emission type, emission category, or emission impact by using the More search fields option.
- In the Incidents application, mark an incident as Recordable when you create an incident for compliance reporting.
- In the Create Incidents and Review Incidents applications, add emissions category, emissions type, and emissions impact when you create an incident. You can refer to this information to complete your inspections when you are at a remote site and are disconnected or offline.
- Use the Incident Reporter application to quickly capture the details for fugitive emissions or safety incidents from anywhere.
- In the Assets application Meters page, view continuous emissions and add environmental details such as emission impact, emission category, emission material, and unit measure for environmental monitoring. To view fugitive emissions, add fugitive emissions for an incident with blowdown, environmental, leakage, spill, or purging event type.
- In the Action Tracking application, add an environmental action type. You can associate this action type with an Asset and Location.
- In the Incident and Audit and Survey applications, select an Inspection Form that is associated with an asset or location and select Inspection Results for an incident.
- User interface enhancements in the Defects application.
Upgrading
If you are upgrading from 9.0 to 9.1 and the emissions dashboard is customized to manage your emissions data, you must reconfigure your emissions dashboard. The customization from previous version is not retained when you upgrade.
