Vehicle scheduling overview
To schedule and dispatch vehicles, you match a vehicle request with a vehicle from the pool resource list. If necessary, assign a driver. You can then schedule the dispatch.
Pool resource list filters pool resource is an asset that is available for vehicle scheduling. You designate an asset as a pool resource in the Assets (Tr) application. When you prepare to assign vehicles to vehicle requests in the Vehicle Scheduling (Tr) application, you can use three filters on the pool resource list.Labor conflicts Vehicle conflicts View Vehicle Conflicts window in the Vehicle Scheduling (Tr) application.Assignment statuses Motor pool billing Qualifications and qualification requirements qualification requirement is a skill level, license, or certificate that is needed for a work order task or an assignment. Qualification requirements are associated with tasks and assignments. Qualifications are associated with labor codes.
