Compare up to four turbines simultaneously to identify performance patterns, detect anomalies, and analyze behavior across different wind speed ranges.
Before you begin
Can ensure that SCADA data is available for the turbines and time period you want to
analyze.
About this task
Use multi-turbine comparison to perform side-by-side analysis of turbine performance, helping you identify best versus worst performers and detect operational issues.
Procedure

From the navigation menu, click , then select up to four turbines for comparison.
Each turbine displays with a distinct color across all charts. The system prevents selection of more than four turbines.

Select the date range for analysis.
You can select a date ranging up to 6 months. For date ranges exceeding one month, charts
automatically render as area charts for better performance.
- Optional:
Apply a wind speed range filter to focus analysis on specific wind conditions.
Enter minimum and maximum wind speed values (for example, Wind Speed greater than 3 m/s and less than 10 m/s). The filter applies to all charts, including bin-wise averages and series counts.
All charts update to reflect the filtered wind speed range.

Review the charts to compare turbine performance.
Available charts include:
- Power curve and pitch angle plots
- Nacelle deviation charts (vs Active Power, Rotor RPM, Frequency, Generator RPM)
- Rotor RPM charts (vs Active Power, Generator RPM, Wind Speed)
- Generator RPM vs Active Power
- Pitch angle charts (vs Wind Speed, Active Power)
- Wind Speed vs Turbulence
- Temperature vs Active Power
- Rotor Speed vs Pitch Angle (new)
- Rotor Speed vs Wind Speed (new)
- Component temperature charts for generator, gearbox, transformer, and converter (new)
For component temperature charts, the Generator Winding 1, Generator Winding 2, and
Generator Winding 3 parameters are enabled by default for better visibility. You can enable more
parameters by selecting them in the chart legend.

Use bin-wise average lines to identify trends and detect deviations.
Each scatter plot displays a per-turbine bin-average line with a distinct legend entry. Hover over the average line to view bin center, range, count, and mean or median value.

Toggle turbine series or average lines in the chart legend to focus on specific comparisons.
Click a turbine or average line entry in the legend to show or hide it. The chart updates without reloading the page, and toggle states persist during your session.

Review data quality information to understand data cleaning applied.
Charts display a Data cleaned indicator with a tooltip showing the
number of data points dropped due to hard bounds and outliers for each turbine. Data cleaning is
enabled by default and removes absurd values and extreme outliers that use the IQR (Interquartile
Range) method.

Click the export option to download comparison data in CSV format for further analysis.
The exported file contains all selected turbine data for the specified date range and applied filters.
Results
You can now compare performance patterns across multiple turbines, identify anomalies, and make informed operational decisions based on comparative analysis.
