Offerings options configuration

The Offerings application allows you to override the workflow options specified at the organization level that are used by the default workflow.

You can specify values for the following attributes:

  • Line Manager Approval Workflow - overrides the Line Manager workflow specified by the Organizations options. The workflow specified must generate a workflow assignment record. When the workflow assignment record is accepted or rejected, the workflow must set the service request status to APPLM or RESOLVED.
  • Fulfillment Manager Approval Workflow - overrides the Fulfillment Manager workflow specified by the Organizations options. The workflow specified must generate a workflow assignment record. When the workflow assignment record is accepted or rejected, the workflow must set the service request status to APPFM or RESOLVED.
  • Automatic Line Manager Approval checkbox - when selected, the default workflow automatically approves the service request and sets the service request status to APPLM.
  • Automatic Fulfillment Manager Approval checkbox - when selected, the default workflow will automatically approve the service request and set the service request status to APPFM.
  • Ticket Template - identifies template that is automatically applied to the service request after the request is approved.
