Configuring electronic signature verification

To configure electronic signature verification, administrators must configure email messaging to notify users when their signature key is reset. Then the administrator can enable electronic signature requirements for specific objects and attributes.

To implement electronic signature verification, complete the following configuration tasks:
  1. Configure the mxe.esigresetemailfrom system property that specifies an email address for communicating with users about signature key resets.
  2. Create the subject line and body text for email messages to users about signature key resets.
  3. Enable electronic signature verification for specific objects or attributes.
