Gantt view details
Features of the Gantt view, such as time zone settings and legend items, ensure that you
can use this view easily and efficiently. The Gantt view has default settings and user settings. You
can customize the view, and you can perform various tasks to optimize performance in the
view.
Time zones in the Gantt view
Work records are shown in the local time zone of the user. The craft requirements for those work orders also are shown in the local time zone of the user.

The Graphical Scheduling application shows work record information in different colors in the Gantt view based on certain values.
Default settings in the Gantt view
You can specify what work and resource data appears in the data table of the Gantt view. The settings specified in the Configure Gantt Properties: Default Settings window apply to all schedules in the Graphical Scheduling application.

You can specify what work and resource data display in the data table of the Gantt view. The settings specified in the Configure Gantt Properties: User Settings window apply to the current schedule in the Graphical Scheduling application. You can define different display settings for each schedule.
