Changing the number of displayed work orders

By default, the Change Schedule application view displays only the first 100 active Change and Release work order records that are stored in your database, starting with the record that has the earliest start date. To see a larger number of work orders, you can modify a system property to change the default display.

About this task

The system property that determines the number of displayed work orders is pmchg.fscgantt.constraints.maxrecords. To modify this property, perform the following steps:

1. Click Open menu > System Configuration > Platform Configuration > System Properties to open the System Properties application.
2. Click Filter, type pmchg in the Property Name field, and press Enter to display a list that contains the pmchg.fscgantt.constraints.maxrecords system property.
3. Click pmchg.fscgantt.constraints.maxrecords to open the property, type a different number in the Global Value field, and click Save icon to save the property.
4. Select the check box for the pmchg.fscgantt.constraints.maxrecords property row.
5. In the dialog, verify that the property that you changed is listed, and click OK.

Results

After you edit this system property, the specified maximum number of records will be displayed the next time you open the Change Schedule application.
