Digital data cannot be retrieved from the digital data server

If asset-related or job-plan-related data cannot be retrieved from Digital Twin Exchange during an import, the Digital Twin Exchange APIs might not be available.

Symptoms

When you import digital product data from Digital Twin Exchange, an error message appears that states that asset, spare part, job plan, or attachment information cannot be retrieved from the digital data source.

Diagnosing the problem

Review the error message to confirm that the error code and status that are returned from the Digital Twin Exchange server indicate that the Digital Twin Exchange APIs are not available.

Resolving the problem

Verify that the Digital Twin Exchange server is running. Contact Digital Twin Exchange support to verify that the Digital Twin Exchange APIs are available.
