Selecting CIs

You use the Select CIs dialog box to add one or more configuration items (CIs) to a task.

About this task

To select CIs to add to the task:

Procedure

  1. Check the check box for each CI that you want to add. You can select more than one CI. To select all of the CIs in the list, check the box beside Configuration Item Number.
  2. To narrow your search, enter values in any of the fields and click Refine. By default, the Status field is Operating. You also can use the Filter in the table window.
  3. Click OK. The system saves the selected CIs to the task.
