Deleting a ticket
You can delete a ticket (an incident, a problem, or a service request), but only when it is a certain status and only when transactions have not been written against it.
Before you begin
- Labor transactions
- Workflow history
- Child activities (You can delete the activities and then delete the record.)
- Related records
- Work Log entries
Procedure
- Open the ticket that you want to delete.
- Select the Delete Incident action, Delete Problem action, or Delete Service Request action, depending on the type of ticket.
