Survey Templates

You can create survey templates to be used when creating a survey.

A survey template is identified by a Template ID and will fill in certain survey fields with predefined values. This will save you time when creating surveys.

The survey template defines the survey header, sub header, and footer text. You can also use the template to define a banner icon. The icon, header, footer text information can be previewed in the survey preview.
