Importing digital data

You use the Assets application to import digital data into Maximo Manage. When the import is complete, asset-related and job-plan-related database records are automatically created for the products that you select.

1. In the Assets application, click the Import Digital Data action.
2. Review the request parameters:
   • Ensure that the Digital Twin Email parameter contains the IBMid that you use to access Digital Twin Exchange.
   • Ensure that the Key parameter contains the key that you use in Digital Twin Exchange.
3. Click Request Data.
4. Review the list of matching products and select the products that you want to import.
5. Click Import Data to import the products that you select or click Cancel to exit.
