Changing the state of a script

You can change the state of a script to Draft, Active, or Inactive.

Procedure

  1. Go to System Configuration > Platform Configuration > Automation Scripts.
  2. Place the cursor in the Script field, and type the name of the script for which you want to change status. To view the list of scripts, place the cursor in the Script field, and press Enter.
  3. Click the Change State action.
    The Change State dialog is displayed.
  4. Select a state from the New Status list.
    Available statuses are Draft; Active, or Inactive.
  5. Fill in the date and time at you wish the new state to take effect in the State Date field.
    You can also use the Calendar icon to choose a date and time.
  6. Optionally, type a memo related to the state change in the Memo field.
  7. Click OK.
