Deleting promotion scopes

After you save a promotion scope record, you cannot change the values that are specified for the CI promotion scope and the mapped actual CI classification. If the values are not correct, you can delete the record and create a new one to replace it.

About this task

After you save a promotion scopes record, you cannot change the values that are specified for the top-level classifications that are the starting point in the CI Promotion Scope and the Mapped Actual CI Classification fields. However, you can use the row deletion feature to add and remove rows in the Mapped Classifications table. You can also modify the CI class and the mapped actual CI class in the Mapped Classifications table.

1. To delete a promotion scopes record that you do not want, select the record and choose Delete Promotion Scope from the Select Action menu.
2. To delete a mapped classification in a promotion scope record, select the mapped classification in the Mapped Classifications table and click Mark Row for Delete.
