Creating actions specific to escalations

Procedure

  1. In the Actions application, click New Action.
  2. Optional: Provide a description of the action.
  3. Optional: Specify a value for object.
  4. Specify the type of action that you are creating.
  5. In the Accessible From field, select Escalation.
  6. Save your changes.
