Configuring service requests for screen shots
The section describes the configuration required to allow screen shots to be attached to a service request.
About this task
When attaching a screen shot (or other document) to a service request, you use the Attached Documents action, found in most system applications. This action lets you attach relevant information to a record (or to a task on a record) in the form of a file or URL address. These attached documents can be located on your company's network, on the Internet, or in a Document Management System and can include text files, spreadsheets, and diagrams.
You must first enable your application for attaching documents.
