Viewing bookmarks

Use the My Bookmarks dialog box to select a previously defined DML (if you are working in the Definitive Media Library application) bookmark to open the record for which you created the bookmark.

About this task

The dialog box displays a list of the DML or deployment bookmarks that you have added. (To add a bookmark, click the Add Bookmark icon, a plus sign with a diagonal blue mark, in the row for the repository that you want to bookmark.)

To display a bookmarked record:

• Click the underlined name of the record in the My Bookmarks dialog box, and click OK. The selected record is displayed in the Repository or Deployment tab.
