Symptoms

When you request a preview of digital product data from Digital Twin Exchange, the connection request to the Digital Twin Exchange server fails because an authentication error occurred.

Resolving the problem

Ensure that the Digital Twin Email parameter contains the IBMid that you use to access Digital Twin Exchange and that the Key parameter contains the key that you use in Digital Twin Exchange.
