Creating person records
To store personal and official information, you can create and maintain records about people in your organization, such as users, laborers, asset owners, supervisors, and individuals who receive workflow notifications.
Changing the status of multiple persons
To manage the status of the people working in your organization, you can change the status of multiple persons to either active or inactive.
Changing availability for assigned work
Using calendars, you can indicate when a person is available to be assigned work.
Viewing the history of persons
Each time you change the status of a person record, a history transaction is listed. You can view a read-only history of these changes.
Viewing related assets and locations for persons
You can associate a person record, as an owner or as a custodian, with an asset or location.
