Work order history

You use the History table on the Condition Monitoring tab in the Assets application to view information about work orders that you generated. Work orders listed in this table were generated using the Condition Monitoring application only, and are listed in order by effective date. You can modify the effective date when you use the Generate Work Order option. The effective date in the History table may not be the date and time the work order was generated. If the preventive maintenance in the PM field of the Condition Monitoring tab was part of a preventive maintenance hierarchy when you used the Generate Work Order option, you generated work orders for the entire hierarchy. Only the work order generated for the preventive maintenance in the PM field displays in the History table.
