Risk and Priority values for upgraded environment
If you installed this product as an upgrade from Change and Configuration Management Database Version 7.2 or earlier, you might already have your own domains defined for the Risk and Priority values. If you want to use the built-in PMCHGMAIN1 and other workflow actions that calculate and take action on these values, you can do so while preserving your previously defined Risk and Priority domain values. Alternatively, you can use both the new built-in Risk and Priority values and the new workflow calculations.
The domains that determine the Risk and Priority values are PMCHGRISK and PMCHGPRIORITY. If you have a previously defined domain associated with the Risk or Priority values, the new domains are installed with this version of the product. However, these newly installed domains are not associated with these fields on the Change (WOCHANGE) object.
