Adding/modifying an image for an offering

Service Designers have the ability to customize each offering by associating an image that will display in the Offering Catalog and Self Service Center applications.

About this task

The Add/Modify Image option is available as an action in the Offerings application. It allows you to specify an image to be associated with an offering.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Offerings application
  2. Click the Add/Modify Image action.
    The Add/Modify Image dialog is displayed.
  3. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To delete the current image, click Delete.
    • To modify or add a new image, click Browse and select the file you want to use.
      Note: All images must be .jpg or .gif files.
  4. Click OK.
