Survey Request Application

The Survey Requests application is used to show how many tracked surveys a user has. The application lists number of surveys for the logged in user waiting to be filled or submitted. If a user receives an e-mail to fill in a survey and the survey is tracked survey, then if the user clicks the URL, it takes them to the Survey Request application, after the login/password has been entered.

Survey Request is the application used to display (or show) the survey which is specific to a particular user. The Survey Request application is used to display the survey sent by an automatic escalation.

If you set up an escalation for a particular survey and the escalation sends an email to user 1 and user 2, then when user 1 and user 2 log in to Maximo IT, there will be one survey each waiting for them to be filled in, using the Survey Request application. If another user, for example user 3, logs in to Maximo IT, user 3 will not see any survey waiting for them to be filled in using the Survey Request application.

A Survey Request is accessed from Self Service (GoTo > Self Service > Survey Request) by the user to see and fill in tracked surveys after logging in. The user will see an e-mail as a result of an automatic escalation survey. The user can see the respective survey in the Survey Request application. If the user does not receive a tracked survey by e-mail, then he cannot find any surveys to be filled in.

Once the user fills in and submits a survey in Survey Request application, the survey record will disappear from List page.
