Deleting licenses

Licenses can only be deleted if the license is in Draft or Canceled status.

To delete a license complete these steps:
  1. Open the license that you want to delete.
  2. Select the Delete License action.
  3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  4. You are returned to the record list, where the license record has been removed.
  5. If the Delete License action fails with an error message, change the status of the license to Canceled (or Expired) instead of deleting the license.
