Adding configuration items to collections

To manage configuration items, you can add one or multiple configuration items to collections.

Procedure

  1. On the List tab in the Configuration Items application, select the Select Records check box.
  2. Select the configuration items that you want to add to the collection.
  3. Select the Add CIs to Collections action.
  4. In the Add CIs to Collections window, specify a value for the collection.
  5. Click OK.
