Actual configuration item details

For configuration items that are based on actual configuration items, you can use the Configuration Items application to view detailed information that is in the Actual Configuration Items application.

You use the View Actual CI Details action to view the classification, global unique identifier (GUID), and last scan date of an actual configuration item, as well as the attributes associated with the classification. This information is read only.

You can use the Actual CI field of the configuration item to access additional information in the Actual Configuration Items application.
