Configuring the integration prefix for database records

To help you identify records in the Manage database that originate from Digital Twin Exchange, you configure the mxe.dtexprefix system property. You specify a value that is prefixed to asset, item, and job plan numbers that are created in the Manage database during imports from Digital Twin Exchange. The default value for this prefix is DT-.

1. In the System Properties application, in the Global Properties section, filter for and expand the mxe.dtexprefix property.
2. In the Global Value field, specify the prefix.
3. Save the changes and click Live Refresh to update the values in the database.
