Service Insights

Service view application records all the details regarding a service including insights as related to other applications in Maximo IT.

The Service Insights tab contains all the information related to a particular service. This information helps the user to identify important updates or risks related with a service and thus take action to keep things in place. The information displayed on this tab is as follows:
  • Service components
  • Incidents
  • Problems
  • Changes
  • Recent Updates
Note: The view shown in the above image is a basic one with demo data. The view for a user can be different depending on their configuration and data.

When you click on a card, a pop-up window opens that displays more information related to the service and the card selected.
