Select by Craft

When adding a labor/craft combination to a record, you can select the labor code by craft. After you select a craft, the value you can enter in the Labor field is limited to one belonging to the selected craft. The Select By Craft dialog box is available in more than one application.

To select by craft:

  1. Click the Activities tab and go the Time Tracking table.
  2. Click the View Details icon next to a record and go to the Craft field.
  3. Click the Detail Menu icon next to Craft and select Select By Craft.
  4. In the Select By Craft dialog box, click the identifier for a craft. The system copies this value to the Craft field.
  5. In the Labor field, clickDetail Menu > Select Value. In the Select Value dialog box, the system displays a list of labor codes associated with the selected craft.
  6. Click an identifier for a labor code. The system copies it to the Labor field.
